
What is Simfit?
Simfit is a Practice Firm; a unique adult learning environment which simulates all administrative functions of a real business; however, the production and transfer of goods is virtual. It is based on the method of 'learning is doing'. Up to 15 participants at any given time work in real departments of a simulated business, and devote 20% of their time to an active job search.
Who is eligible to work for Simfit?
Unemployed Individuals who are: job ready (need work experience only) legally entitled to work in Canada.

How do I join Simfit?
Participants are 'hired' on a continuous basis for a maximum of 12 weeks, 35 hours/week. Participants are referred by a Case Manager and selected through a hiring process.
